There are close register financial reports, cash drawer reconciliation/balancing, plus many types of financial reports, for any date span you choose. In case you want to see how your business has been doing over the weekends or any other period that might interest you, simply set up the date span for that period or check the daily, monthly or annual financial reports. These include Profit reports, Low Stock reports and Business Traffic reports. Also you can generate check stub/payroll reports and print them or export them to Excel. Total Control Over Your Inventory

Restaurant Maid provides you with complete control over your Inventory. One of the first and basic options is the option to "Track" or "Do Not Track" the quantity of a certain item. You can also use the Low Stock Alert on any items and on any quantity that you specify. This will remind you if you are running low on certain items. To make it easier Restaurant Maid has the option of Quantity Tracking in decimals, for measurements in sales by weight and length. Also should you wish to track your goods in multiple warehouses/locations, you can easily do that as well.

Easily Fill-in Your Items

Filling the Inventory can sometimes be a hard process, especially if you have lots of items in your store. That's why with Restaurant Maid we have tried to make this task as painless as possible. Thus, our software provides you with 2 ways to filling Inventory: One-by-One or through a Grid/Table using Excel. Also you can easily import your inventory from different programs you may have had previously, again by using Excel tables. You can also easily export inventory into Excel.

Inventory Search & Control

With Restaurant Maid you can easily navigate through your inventory and find a specific item. In other words you have total control over your inventory. To make things easier, you also have the Inventory Search for quick browsing through the items in your Inventory.

Successfully Manage Your Employees

Each employee will first be greeted by the login screen. This proves to be really helpful when trying to successfully manage your employees or track their sales. Also you can efficiently manage Employee Commission/Hourly Pay and the Employee Time Clock. The time clock is integrated to payroll, but you can also manage the Time Clock Database table. Having a complete overview of your employees, makes it easier to manage your business properly and drive it forward.

Appointments & Scheduling

With Restaurant Maid you can manage your appointments and schedule upcoming events, as well as restaurant reservations. With our graphical (Gant-Chart Type) appointment and scheduling book, you can make sure you don't miss an appointment or anything of interest to you or your business. For reservations, double booking and Multi booking is also available. With Restaurant Maid you can rest assured that your appointments and reservations will not be overlooked as it sometimes happens when running a hectic business.

Employee Reports
